Mr. Haim Mayan founded Mayan Group in 2004 after over 20 years of vast real estate experience.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Mayan has been the chairman and owner of many different organizations where he was responsible for developing over 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail buildings. He has completed construction projects totaling over $100 million in value. The majority of the construction projects were for Universities of Israel and Institutional Class A buildings. With management of over 100 employees Mr. Mayan gained invaluable knowledge necessary to manage and develop medium to large scale projects.

Mayan Group has acquired over 15 properties in USA and has a current portfolio of developments valued at over $390 million.

About me:

Erad Mayan born in 1972 and he is the vice president of the Mayan Group. In 1993 Mr. Mayan founded “Geves Hashfela Inc” a construction company specialized in installation of dry walls, dropped selling’s, acoustic rooms, clean rooms, paint, doors and more. The company constructed numerous projects office buildings, hotels, distribution centers, malls, department stores and more. Some the company clients includes Intel corporation, Paradises hotel, Keter Plastic Corp, Lipski barkan Corp, Ramat gan jewelry exchange. In 1996 the company joined forces with ITC a general construction company founded and owned by Mr. Mayan brother Haim Mayan and together constructed dozen commercial and residential buildings when the smallest was 35,000 SF.

Mr. Mayan is the founder and one of the principals of Ofek Team (www.ofekteam.co.il). Ofek Team is one of the biggest companies in Israel in its kind. Ofek Team provides services in a range of areas: Management, Guarding and security, cleaning and maintenance, electronic surveillance and protection. The company was established in 1998 and gradually grew to include numerous sectors of operation with a nationwide deployment. The Group currently numbers 600 employees, with 4 operational branches nationwide and with an annual turnover of $22 million in 2005. Mr. Mayan specialized and gained a significant experience in managing and maintaining Hi-Teach parks and such as the Park of Science in the city Nes-Tziona, Campus of Science in the city of Rehovor and Air port City next Israel International Airport.

In 2001 Mr. mayan founded the “Culture of HOA Consulting” a company that provide free risk consultation to home owner associations, the company supervise the management company budget and save costs. The company keeps 50% of the saving as part of its risk free agreement.

Mr. Mayan started his business interests in the United State in the winter of 1999 in New York. In 2000 he shifts his attention to sunny Florida and he explored and learned Florida market until 2002. In 2002 while managing his business overseas he founded his company and office in Miami and started investing in Florida real estate.

Today Mr. Mayan is leading a nationwide program by the name MGP that emphasize the fusion of his knowledge and ability to see to beyond.

Ms. Eve Piccolo serves as Accounting and Office Operation Manager for the Mayan Group Miami office and as exclusive Real Estate Sales Associate.

Ms. Eve Piccolo is an integral part of the Mayan Group’s Miami management team, responsible for implementing and recommending revisions to current policies and procedures and ensuring operational effectiveness. With over 15 years of real estate and construction experience Ms. Piccolo plays a vital role in the day-to-day management process. Ms. Piccolo focuses on business development by assisting with property showings, financial modeling and cash flow analysis and developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Capitalizing on these strategic relationships and tapping into her team’s industry expertise, Ms. Eve has assisted clients throughout the real estate process with transactions valued over $3 million.

Prior to joining Mayan Group, Ms. Piccolo owned hotel and retail business including commercial real estate, managed large construction company overseas and gained invaluable business experience.
